What you will do

• Lead concept development for integrated campaigns, brand identity systems, and experiential projects.
• Build scalable campaign platforms across social, digital, OOH, and earned channels.
• Translate strategic insights into compelling visual systems and present them to senior stakeholders.
• Execute high-level design across digital, print, motion, and environmental mediums.
• Mentor junior designers and establish creative standards and best practices.
• Integrate generative AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, etc.) to accelerate ideation and production workflows.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Art Direction or Creative leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand platforms, and visual systems.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI into professional creative workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment based in Mexico City.
