Salary: $196,000 – $245,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Ads products and infrastructure across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams.
• Partner with product and cross-functional leadership to develop and scale digital advertising features.
• Architect simple and maintainable systems to enable rapid iteration while sustaining high technical quality.
• Own projects end-to-end, from refining requirements and creating technical specs to launch and maintenance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers in system architecture, API design, and data modeling.
• Strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Python, Rust, TypeScript, React, or React Native.
