What you will do
- Define the vision and strategy for the EMEA partner sales organization to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new in-region partners, including VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and Distributors.
- Cultivate and nurture executive relationships with strategic alliance partners and managed service providers.
- Manage partner performance via KPIs, tracking sourced opportunities, booked revenue, and quota retirement.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner strategies and facilitate joint selling.
- Develop business plans and create supporting sales kits and marketing programs for partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of channel sales experience with direct accountability for partner-led bookings and revenue targets.
- 5+ years of experience managing partner directors and managers.
- Extensive understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem and familiarity with modern enterprise security solutions.
- Proven track record in accurate business forecasting and meeting strategic revenue goals.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to present and persuade.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%+ of the time.
