TL;DR

Outside Sales Representative (Fintech): Driving the adoption of the Genius® Point of Sale and payment platform for small and mid-sized businesses with an accent on full-cycle B2B sales and consultative presenting. Focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals to help merchants modernize their operations.

Location: Must live within the geographic area of Saint Louis, Missouri and be able to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.

Compensation: Base Salary $40,000+ with Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000+

What you will do

  • Sell Genius® and other hirify.global solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
  • Stay current on the fintech landscape and industry trends to act as a trusted technology advisor.

Requirements

  • Must live within the geographic area of Saint Louis, Missouri.
  • Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
