What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance and training to dealers on current programs and funding requirements via phone, email, and video meetings.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to restructure vehicle loans and find solutions for optimal approvals.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to demonstrate the value of hirify.global to dealership partners.
• Work alongside National Account Executives to align dealer-level partnerships with corporate-level relationships.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven success in a sales role.
• Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for this office-based position.
