Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD OTE (70/30 base salary/incentive)

What you will do

  • Drive new business sales from school districts across California.
  • Prospect in territory to develop self-generated pipeline and collaborate with BDRs on pipeline goals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver sales presentations, and run the full sales cycle.
  • Manage and report pipeline, business status, and forecast revenue; meet sales quotas.
  • Use Salesforce to keep opportunities up to date and support forecasting.
  • Build and maintain an in-state presence via client visits, in-person meetings, product demos, and local events.

Requirements

  • Based remotely in California, USA.
  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle (end-to-end) sales experience (inside sales rep, territory rep, or business development).
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline and sales plan to convert prospects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% within California.
  • Experience with Salesforce and web-based presentation tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Experience working in SaaS or the technology industry; university degree and training in consultative sales techniques.
