What you will do

• Coordinate localization content workflows across multiple systems and sources.
• Load and maintain content in Crowdin from platforms including GitHub, Iterable, and Webflow.
• Route content to translation vendors and monitor project status and quality.
• Ensure proper structuring and readiness of content for localization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support process automation improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with localization workflows and CMS tools.
• Must be available for overlap with US Eastern Time working hours.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage structured content workflows and concurrent streams.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crowdin, GitHub, Iterable, or Webflow.
• Familiarity with localization automation and connector-based workflows.
• Experience working with translation vendors or TMS platforms like Smartling or Phrase.
