TL;DR

Software Engineer (Fullstack): Developing a SaaS platform for wealth management focusing on data ingestion, processing, and secure financial data delivery with an accent on seamless user interfaces and system scalability. Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based in Spain and able to commute to the Barcelona office 3 times per week. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

Salary: €35,000–€50,000 per year

What you will do

• Build seamless user interfaces for secure credential storage with a focus on UI/UX.
• Develop systems for handling sensitive financial data ensuring performance, compliance, and traceability.
• Scale the data ingestion system to increase the speed and volume of data fetching.
• Collaborate with the tech team to deliver impactful solutions and maintain ownership of code beyond deployment.
• Work with both legacy and greenfield codebases using modern development workflows, including AI toolkits.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a Software Engineer role.
• Must reside in Spain (mandatory and non-negotiable).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Python or JS/TypeScript for backend and Vue/Nuxt for frontend.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes operations, data modeling, and DB performance.

• Expertise in investments, currencies, crypto, or wealth management.
