TL;DR
Software Engineer (Fullstack): Developing a SaaS platform for wealth management focusing on data ingestion, processing, and secure financial data delivery with an accent on seamless user interfaces and system scalability. Focus on building high-performance data pipelines, optimizing database performance, and implementing secure credential storage.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based in Spain and able to commute to the Barcelona office 3 times per week. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.
Salary: €35,000–€50,000 per year

What you will do
- Build seamless user interfaces for secure credential storage with a focus on UI/UX.
- Develop systems for handling sensitive financial data ensuring performance, compliance, and traceability.
- Scale the data ingestion system to increase the speed and volume of data fetching.
- Collaborate with the tech team to deliver impactful solutions and maintain ownership of code beyond deployment.
- Work with both legacy and greenfield codebases using modern development workflows, including AI toolkits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Software Engineer role.
- Must reside in Spain (mandatory and non-negotiable).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Python or JS/TypeScript for backend and Vue/Nuxt for frontend.
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes operations, data modeling, and DB performance.
