What you will do

• Own end-to-end global cash flow forecasting and execute investment strategies to optimize risk and return on company funds.
• Manage the loan portfolio and Revolving Credit Facility (RCF), ensuring strict compliance with financial covenants.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Tier-1 global banking institutions, managing account structures and international payment rails.
• Execute and monitor sophisticated FX hedging frameworks and derivative arrangements to mitigate currency and interest rate risks.
• Optimize the Treasury Management System (TMS) ecosystem, specifically leveraging Nilus to automate workflows and bank reconciliations.
• Partner with billing and collections teams to oversee global customer credit risk and manage the corporate insurance portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in global treasury operations within fast-growing tech or US public companies.
• Direct experience managing transactional banking with Tier-1 global partners (e.g., Citi, HSBC, Barclays).
• Proven experience in the day-to-day management of debt facilities and covenant tracking.
• Practical knowledge of executing corporate FX hedging programs and utilizing financial derivatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Nilus or other elite TMS.
• CPA or MBA certification.
• Strong analytical mastery in financial modeling and understanding of US public market compliance (SOX controls).
