Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Utrecht office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and guide them toward qualified opportunities.
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to align on messaging and account prioritization.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to a collaborative commercial environment by sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar commercial role, preferably in SaaS.
  • English and German proficiency required.
  • Hunter mentality with a positive attitude toward outbound sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Structured and organized approach to managing targets and cadences.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and customer communication technology.
