What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and guide them toward qualified opportunities.
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to align on messaging and account prioritization.
- Continuously test and refine outreach strategies using data-driven insights.
- Contribute to a collaborative commercial environment by sharing best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar commercial role, preferably in SaaS.
- English and German proficiency required.
- Hunter mentality with a positive attitude toward outbound sales.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Structured and organized approach to managing targets and cadences.
- Interest in AI, automation, and customer communication technology.
