Senior Account Manager (AdTech): Managing client relationships and driving adoption of the AI-powered hirify.global platform for Enterprise brands and agencies with an accent on campaign management and account expansion. Focus on optimizing high-budget campaigns ($10M+), designing unique strategies in the DSP, and maximizing ROI for Healthcare and Pharma clients.

Location: Remote (USA). Prioritizing candidates located in the Minneapolis DMA.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Enterprise clients across various verticals.
  • Lead the RFP process, creating proposals and presenting concepts to brands and agencies.
  • Design and optimize unique campaign strategies within the hirify.global DSP to achieve client KPIs.
  • Drive up-selling of platform features and identify new revenue streams within the book of business.
  • Manage the technical setup and trafficking of advertising campaigns, including pixel and tag implementation.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and provide regular strategic reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in Real Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising (DSP, Ad Networks).
  • Proven experience managing multi-million dollar budgets ($10M+).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or self-serve DSPs.
  • Track record of success in managing enterprise client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and platform knowledge to clients.
  • Experience in the Healthcare/Pharma vertical is highly preferred.
