TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (AI): Driving strategic value for key enterprise customers by guiding them through complex analytics use cases and operationalizing AI. Focus on driving adoption, managing high-ARR portfolios, and aligning platform solutions with customer business objectives.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, USA (requires 3 days per week in the downtown office)

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, typically with ARR exceeding $1M.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to translate customer goals into actionable growth and adoption strategies.
  • Drive engagement of the hirify.global platform by providing guidance on best practices and product strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, including coordination with teams in the Czech Republic (starting as early as 6:00 am PT).
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for strategic planning and relationship development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise portfolios with $1M+ ARR.
  • Strong analytical acumen with exposure to BI platforms, APIs, or data tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous growth-stage environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with pricing, sales, renewals, or expansion discussions.
  • Background in product management or design thinking processes.
  • Experience in data engineering or sales engineering.
