Salary: Base $150,000 – $170,000 + Equity & Commission

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve goals across pipeline generation and revenue performance.
- Guide deal strategies throughout the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Analyze key sales metrics to forecast revenue and guide coaching conversations.
- Refine the sales playbook and scale onboarding best practices across the organization.
- Represent the company at networking events and conferences, requiring up to 30% travel.
Requirements
- Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid).
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise accounts.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
- Strong familiarity with the audit, advisory, or assurance industry.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
