TL;DR
Technical Specialist, Strategic Accounts (Hospitality): Providing high-touch technical support and business process optimization for global high-value merchants with an accent on escalation management and product advocacy. Location: Must be based in the greater Montreal metropolitan region to allow for easy travel to the HQ office.

What you will do
- Provide premium technical assistance and white-glove support to strategic accounts via email, phone, video, and on-site visits.
- Identify and recommend best practices to help high-value clients optimize their business processes and maximize system value.
- Manage high-stakes technical escalations end-to-end, overseeing resolution and executive communication.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Product teams to influence the software roadmap based on client insights.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff members and maintain detailed account-specific documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Must be located in the greater Montreal metropolitan region or nearby areas.
- Demonstrated experience in technical support or customer-facing roles, specifically within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with Mac OS environments and strong general computer system knowledge.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within a higher-tier or escalated support function.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of networking or network support experience.
- Understanding of SaaS APIs and experience supporting them.
- Prior experience in a consultant role.
