What you will do
- Lead the Mid-Market and Enterprise corporate vertical, managing the performance and growth of Engagement Managers and Associates.
- Manage a focused book of accounts to model adoption, value, and commercial rigor.
- Coach team members in real-time through standups, account reviews, and structured coaching sessions.
- Develop success plans to translate product usage into measurable client outcomes.
- Drive commercial outcomes, including renewals and expansion, providing frontline insights to Product and Legal Engineering.
- Build and automate workflows using AI to increase team leverage and efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or similar client-facing roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching individual contributors.
- Proven track record of owning accounts and delivering adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Strong fluency with AI tools and a habit of building/automating workflows.
- Deep data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to account health and portfolio risk.
- Passion for in-office collaboration; must be based in London for 5 days per week onsite work.
