What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions.

• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on candidate skill sets and company fit.
• Manage the overall candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technology to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry.
• Proven expertise in the full life cycle recruiting process.
• Must be located in Tokyo or Hong Kong.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in recruiting within the APAC region.
