What you will do

• Replace manual financial workflows with scalable automation to reduce operational complexity.
• Build self-service capabilities allowing Finance teams to resolve operational issues independently.
• Evolve the NetSuite ERP integration into a seamless platform for reliable accounting data flow.
• Design resilient systems to improve the reliability, accuracy, and traceability of treasury operations.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong backend fundamentals.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems and designing scalable software.
• Proficiency with relational databases and complex data models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes with incomplete information.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Spain (Hybrid or Remote).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, accounting, or treasury domains.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
