What you will do

• Design end-to-end ML use cases from scratch to optimize real business value for leading brands.
• Build and own the full ML pipeline, from raw data transformation and model training to final activation.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption and measurable DS performance.
• Develop features and tools that scale AI deployment capabilities across the broader engagement team.
• Partner with the Product team to refine and advance reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Contribute technical expertise and customer insights to shape the hirify.globalAI product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer working with large-scale data in production.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets and experience with model deployment.
• Expertise in engineering best practices including Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modular code.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and pipeline optimization.
• Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms.
