Constructor Group is establishing its new global AI and Quantum headquarters in Singapore to provide high-quality digital education and research tools.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D (AI/ML, Quantum, Data Science) and non-R&D (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche positions within the Singapore and wider APAC markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define selection criteria and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct structured competency-based behavioral interviews using the STAR method.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize the hiring funnel and improve time-to-fill and conversion rates.
- Contribute to employer branding and develop scalable recruitment practices for the Singapore hub.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably in deep-tech, R&D, or education organizations.
- Proven track record in both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Experience with international talent markets, specifically in Singapore or the APAC region.
- Proficiency in conducting structured behavioral interviews via the STAR method.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment analytics (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
- Fluent English is required.

- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
- Experience with Greenhouse, BambooHR, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
