Production Controller

What you will do

• Deliver actionable financial insights across sales, margins, product development, and production costs.
• Own and continuously improve product data quality to ensure reliable, structured data across systems.
• Translate forecasts into volume plans to support sourcing and production decisions.
• Drive production reviews and enable timely and accurate order placement.
• Develop and implement strategies at product, category, and collection level.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to optimize stock levels and replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or a similar analytical, process-driven role.
• Academic degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in retail and/or fashion is a merit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent in English.
• Advanced MS Office user, especially Excel.
• On-site work from Stockholm (Stockholm headquarters).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Centric PLM, and Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools.
