What you will do
- Define the solutions partner profile, tiering structure, and commercial models.
- Establish legal and commercial frameworks and the operational backbone using HubSpot.
- Personally recruit and onboard the first 10–20 strategic partners.
- Develop co-marketing playbooks and co-sell motions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Hire and lead a team of partner managers and operations specialists to scale the program.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue metrics and leading indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or operating a solutions partner program at a developer-focused or infrastructure company.
- Strong commercial acumen for structuring referral agreements and modeling partner economics.
- Hands-on builder mentality, capable of executing as an IC before scaling the team.
- Operational rigor with the ability to manage programs via dashboards and data.
- Excellent written communication skills for an asynchronous, global environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems and cloud co-sell motions.
- Existing network of SIs, agencies, or consultancies specializing in Postgres or modern app stacks.
- Background in databases, AI/ML platforms, or application development.
- Experience in high-growth PLG companies transitioning to partner-led GTM.
