What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a strong focus on user experience and interface design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on UX and UI design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in McLean, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Freddie Mac, Capital One, or Fannie Mae.
• Professional experience in the Mortgage, Banking, or Finance industry.
