Salary: $138,000 - $154,000

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical hardware roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Execute creative sourcing via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Manage the interview process and coordinate with teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize recruiting data and market insights to optimize hiring effectiveness.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter supporting hardware roles.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a high-growth environment.
