What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline via networking, university outreach, and job fairs.
• Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Drive and participate in various internal HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Spanish language proficiency as indicated by the role focus.
• Experience with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Market mapping experience for global markets or Asia.
• Strong positive attitude towards cryptocurrency and Web3.

Nice to have

• Business or corporate hiring experience specifically within Web3/Crypto companies.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
