What you will do

• Manage the enterprise deployment of Information Security and Product Security programs and projects.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain team backlogs and lead effective prioritization efforts.
• Oversee release life cycle processes to drive best practices and high-quality delivery standards.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to manage dependencies and execution plans.
• Provide transparent and insightful status reporting to executives and a diverse set of stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product development, product security, or information security environments.
• Expert knowledge of Jira (On-Prem and Cloud), including Rich Filters and Advanced Roadmaps.
• Technical acumen to actively contribute to technical design discussions within the Security domain.
• Proven experience with Agile/iterative development and program management methodologies.
• Excellent English level (C1+) for confident professional communication.
• Valid work authorization for Israel; the company will not sponsor work visas.
