What you will do

• Shape technical strategy and decision-making across the Enterprise team to align with business objectives.
• Mentor and grow multiple senior engineers through individual coaching and technical workshops.
• Solve complex technical challenges in permissions architecture, compliance systems, and data administration.
• Partner with Product and Design leaders to integrate performance and scalability into product decisions.
• Champion technical excellence and evolve AI tooling and processes to maintain high standards.
• Design system boundaries and ownership models to empower team autonomy and cohesive architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of leading technical strategy in complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong expertise in scalable architecture, including multi-tenancy, permissions, API design, and security models.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring senior engineers into technical leaders.
• Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and build consensus with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies.
