• Design, build, and maintain robust tools and solutions to improve engineering team productivity and velocity.
• Partner with software engineers and product managers to architect scalable and efficient systems.

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable production-ready code.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. in Computer Science with relevant internship experience.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
• Proficiency in Python with a track record of writing high-quality code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and automate pain points.
• Clear and confident communication skills to translate technical tradeoffs for stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Generative AI space.
• Experience with additional programming languages.
