What you will do

• Program complex surveys using hirify.global's in-house Python-based scripting language.
• Set up and deploy surveys across multiple global markets and languages.
• Test and optimize user experience across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Monitor survey performance and investigate/resolve data collection problems.
• Clean and prepare data deliverables for researchers and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of hands-on programming experience in Python and/or R.
• Experience working with large datasets using tools such as R, Python, or SPSS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for full-time benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience or formal training in survey research.
• Familiarity with Git or terminal commands.
• Experience with multi-language or multi-market survey builds.
