What you will do

• Conduct drug abuse case management sessions and orient patients to program operations and procedures.
• Collect and assess social, educational, and vocational information to develop and revise patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with community providers, making appropriate referrals and performing follow-ups.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain comprehensive inter-agency documentation.
• Assist in implementing new programs and provide guidance on caseload management.
• Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or human services.
• Compliance with federal and state certification and licensure regulations.
• Knowledge of addiction, treatment methods, and opioid maintenance treatment (preferred).
• Ability to handle variable workloads and high-stress situations in a medical office environment.
