What you will do

• Oversee the efficient operations of the nursing department and laboratory.
• Administer methadone as prescribed and assess patients' appropriateness for dosing.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and perform daily medication inventory reconciliations per DEA and federal standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and timecard approvals for the medical department.
• Supervise the orientation, training, and performance evaluation of new nurses and medical assistants.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, hospitals, and other community healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Westminster, CO, USA.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and nursing best practices.
• Valid LPN or RN license.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, and teaching skills.
• Strong understanding of alcohol/drug abuse and addiction trends.
• Excellent math, reading, and verbal/written communication skills.
