What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound clinician communications directed to the MSL team.
• Deliver proactive onboarding support and track early ordering behavior for new clinicians.
• Respond to routine, non-interpretive questions regarding test utilization and report navigation.
• Triage requests for scientific consults and test result discussions to the appropriate MSL.
• Manage shared MSL inboxes and document interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership to improve clinician support materials and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
• Must be able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clinicians.
• High level of organization and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in genetic counseling assistance, clinical genetics, or medical affairs.
• Familiarity with rare disease workflows or pediatric care.
• Demonstrated interest in a career path toward Medical Science Liaison roles.
