What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and ensure strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens and record results accurately.
• Maintain medical supply inventories and handle medication shipments per DEA procedures.
• Coordinate courtesy and vacation dose packages for patients.
• Collaborate with counselors and the Medical Director to monitor patient progress.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work an early morning schedule (5am - 12:30pm) including rotating Saturdays.
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification.
