What you will do

• Serve as the clinical science lead for Phase 2 and 3 respiratory studies.
• Design and develop clinical trial protocols, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Safety.
• Monitor clinical data to ensure participant safety, data quality, and protocol compliance.
• Provide scientific support to investigators and manage site engagement.
• Contribute to publication plans, clinical development plans, and risk-benefit assessments.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS) required.
• 9+ years of industry experience in clinical development.
• Direct experience in late-stage respiratory (asthma and/or COPD) studies.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical science strategy and execution.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with both small molecule and biologic modalities.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven drug discovery platforms.
• Previous involvement in BLA or MAA submissions.
