What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Transform complex datasets into clear visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to gather requirements and ensure data integration.
• Optimize dashboard performance and scalability for efficient query usage.
• Document reporting methodologies and provide training to end-users to maximize adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (Snowflake or SQL Server Management Studio preferred).
• English: C1 or higher required for daily interaction with US clients and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.
• Experience with spreadsheets and structured data (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center operations and analytics.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
