What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software for a global financial platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver robust features and products.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment.
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural design reviews.
• Uphold engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD principles.
• Leverage AI tools to augment skills and accelerate professional learning.

Requirements

• Recent or forthcoming Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Proficient understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and complexity analysis.
• Programming ability in at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a collaborative environment.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid for hybrid work
