What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and development of the Janus platform, spanning frontend workflows and backend infrastructure.
• Create self-service tooling to empower cross-functional teams and streamline the feature launch process.
• Ensure platform reliability, high availability, and high-volume traffic handling for near real-time config propagation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to translate ambiguous requirements into reliable engineered solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and establish high engineering quality standards for the team.
• Contribute to a culture of code quality, knowledge sharing, and robust engineering practices.

Requirements

• Experience building platform services, internal tooling, or developer infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in distributed systems, specifically the trade-offs between availability, consistency, and low-latency.
