What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for natural language understanding, including intent detection and conversation summarization.
• Architect scalable, production-grade training and inference pipelines using Spark, Databricks, and Azure ML.
• Develop and fine-tune transformer-based models and maintain embedding pipelines for semantic search.
• Drive offline and online experimentation to measure model quality and iterate on architectures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into shipped product features.
• Monitor production model performance, diagnose regressions, and address scalability challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, or related engineering field.
• 4+ years of related experience (or 3+ years with Master's, 1+ year with Doctorate).
• Proven experience in NLP and modern transformer architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Experience with text embedding models, vector databases, and RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with distributed training and serving ML models at scale.
