What you will do

• Rotate every four months across three core areas: Scientific, Project Management/Client Services, and Digital/Creative.
• Contribute to real client solutions designed to maximize patient reach.
• Collaborate within a global medical communications team to develop life-changing healthcare solutions.
• Execute project-based work that addresses complex client challenges.
• Engage in structured training and mentorship to accelerate professional growth in medical communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences (e.g., Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology).
• Must be based in Pennsylvania within a commutable distance of the Philadelphia office.
• Strong scientific understanding and professional writing ability.
• Digital and technological literacy, including familiarity with AI tools and applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within highly collaborative teams.
