What you will do

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with distributed music and video clients.
• Manage release processing logistics for digital music and video formats within the distribution system.
• Support clients in adopting proprietary tools and technology to optimize their workflows.
• Collaborate with retail partners to secure promotional opportunities for content.
• Ensure the global sales and marketing organization has all assets required for priority releases.
• Liaise with local retail to represent the distributed content base and priority releases.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience within a label or distribution system working with labels or artists.
• Deep knowledge of digital retail outlets, release timelines, and marketing opportunities.
• Strong awareness of and passion for the Arabic music scene and local independent labels.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Proven ability to work proactively and autonomously with extreme attention to detail.
