What you will do

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance local and extensive travel missions across the U.S.
• Perform daily start-up, system engagement, and shutdown procedures for development vehicles.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems while on the road.
• Execute testing in accordance with strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate reports on vehicle performance and collaborate with engineers to provide insights.
• Represent the organization professionally in public environments, prioritizing road safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet minimum driving record requirements (MVR check).
• Ability to pass ten-panel drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Technical proficiency with computers, including web applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including air travel.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical driving, fleet operations, or vehicle testing environments.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools.
• Experience with work management tools such as Jira and Slack.
