What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of clinicians, fostering a culture of clinical rigor and accountability.
• Design and maintain internal clinical resources, SOPs, and operational guidance to ensure evidence-based care.
• Oversee regular quality reviews and audits to assess safety, documentation quality, and program adherence.
• Serve as a senior clinical escalation point for complex member situations requiring physician judgment.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to translate clinical requirements into clear program specifications and workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, member experience, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty, ideally Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in good standing.
• Significant direct clinical experience in women’s or reproductive health.
• Experience leading clinical teams in a matrixed, scaling healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical standards into practical workflows and policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality programs, accreditation, or regulatory readiness.
• Experience designing clinical workflows or escalation models in partnership with Product teams.
• Experience supporting product development or go-to-market activities.
• Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to drive clinical decisions.
