What you will do

• Collaborate with an AI-first team to rapidly prototype healthcare technology solutions.
• Experiment with LLMs and automation frameworks to accelerate development cycles.
• Work on solutions involving FHIR-based data exchange and clinical workflows.
• Translate complex healthcare challenges into working proof-of-concept applications.
• Participate in iterative design sprints and present prototypes to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact.

Requirements

• Completed a college degree within the last 18 months (any discipline).
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder (no sponsorship provided).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about AI tools and LLMs.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Coursework in health informatics, computer science, or data science.
• Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare data standards.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Prior internship experience in healthcare or health-tech.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
