What you will do

• Lead a small team of junior technologists in building early-stage software prototypes.
• Translate nascent ideas into working software that demonstrates real business impact.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, shaping system architecture and client value.
• Iterate rapidly on technology solutions, demonstrating resilience in pivoting when necessary.
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to solve complex healthcare challenges.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and hold a position of Public Trust (US Government background investigation).
• Strong background in software engineering with broad exposure to modern tools and languages.
• Explicit experience using AI solutions for product development.
• Experience building early-stage software products and working with business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience developing solutions for public healthcare problems (HIPAA, FHIR).
• Experience working in small, entrepreneurial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize resources and decommission non-fruitful efforts.
