What you will do

• Act as lead writer and primary client contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and oversee high-quality scientific content for customized Medical Communications projects.
• Lead and mentor junior writers, providing briefing, review, and guidance.
• Manage content allocation and ensure editorial outputs meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide scientific oversight for large, complex projects or specific workstreams.
• Support business development by conceptualizing and strategizing new medical communications projects.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical or scientific writing, preferably in healthcare consultancy or MedComms.
• Experience managing a variety of scientific content types and high-volume publications.
• Proven ability to provide leadership and mentoring to junior writers.
• Strong client communication skills and experience as a key point of contact.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines for medical communications.
