What you will do
- Act as lead writer and primary client contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and oversee high-quality scientific content for customized Medical Communications projects.
- Lead and mentor junior writers, providing briefing, review, and guidance.
- Manage content allocation and ensure editorial outputs meet timelines and budgets.
- Provide scientific oversight for large, complex projects or specific workstreams.
- Support business development by conceptualizing and strategizing new medical communications projects.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical or scientific writing, preferably in healthcare consultancy or MedComms.
- Experience managing a variety of scientific content types and high-volume publications.
- Proven ability to provide leadership and mentoring to junior writers.
- Strong client communication skills and experience as a key point of contact.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines for medical communications.
