What you will do

• Commute to patient homes using mobile scheduling technology to provide on-site care.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, ECGs, and diabetic foot screenings.
• Capture diabetic retina images and utilize digital stethoscopes.
• Collect, label, and coordinate the transport of medical specimens to appropriate laboratories.
• Establish warm, professional connections with a diverse range of patients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Champaign, IL
• Valid state licensure and/or proof of training/national certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance for travel to patient homes.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proof of vaccinations (COVID-19 + booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, TDaP).
• Ability to pass national background and DMV checks.
