Salary: $128,470 – $192,710

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data collection and analysis for Large Mining Trucks (LMT).
• Manage data acquisition configurations, machine connectivity, and data flow for Supercomm2/PLE/VIMS.
• Coordinate software bundle development, verification, and validation for productivity modules.
• Lead field and remote performance studies, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Support New Product Integration (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs.
• Provide engineering support for commercial teams and marketing on TCO and competitive evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson, AZ five days a week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and software (e.g., Supercomm2, PLE).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with FEA, multibody dynamic analysis, and machine dynamics.
• Knowledge of APQP, NPI processes, and 6 Sigma methodologies.
• Prior engine performance or powertrain integration experience.
• Hands-on machine testing and data analysis experience.
