What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building AI-powered origination products including hirify.global Autopilot.
• Guide architectural decisions and drive the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Champion an AI-forward engineering culture and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ship agentic features rapidly.
• Mentor and develop engineers through regular code reviews and professional guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Python and hands-on experience building production agentic systems.
• Fluency across foundation model providers, LiteLLM, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with eval-driven development and agent context management.
• Knowledge of cloud and container operations.
