What you will do

• Develop and modify CNC mill programs using Gibbs CAM based on specific technical drawings.
• Supervise and schedule daily activities for hourly operators within a union workforce.
• Plan and assign work based on employee ability and production urgency to meet established schedules.
• Maintain department production and project schedules while monitoring employee utilization and efficiency.
• Request and implement manufacturing process changes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
• Manage department safety and environmental compliance and approve hourly employee labor hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC Mill programming.
• Proficiency with Gibbs CAM software.
• Experience supervising personnel, specifically within a unionized workforce.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lancaster, OH, US.
