Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 USD (annually)

What you will do
- Support the VP in evaluating and tracking Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) to ensure alignment with scientific merit and scope.
- Ensure compliant processes consistent with medical and promotional review guidelines, industry regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Lead cross-functional team discussions to facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and project goal achievement.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data insights to drive operational decision-making.
- Manage multiple workstreams and large projects through to completion within a global matrix organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (PharmD/PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotherapeutics industry experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience within Medical Affairs.
- Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to influence and work successfully in a complex, global, matrix organization.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
