Location: Hybrid in New York City or remote within the US East Coast. Must have existing employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 USD (annually)

What you will do

• Support the VP in evaluating and tracking Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) to ensure alignment with scientific merit and scope.
• Ensure compliant processes consistent with medical and promotional review guidelines, industry regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Lead cross-functional team discussions to facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and project goal achievement.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data insights to drive operational decision-making.
• Manage multiple workstreams and large projects through to completion within a global matrix organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (PharmD/PhD preferred).
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotherapeutics industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within Medical Affairs.
• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to influence and work successfully in a complex, global, matrix organization.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
