Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy): Providing 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to support skill development with an accent on creating a safe and positive environment for children. Focus on implementing behavioral interventions and collaborating with BCBAs to track and ensure client progress.

What you will do

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children
• Collaborate with a BCBA to support skill development and implement therapy plans
• Track client progress and maintain a safe, positive environment

Requirements

• Must be based in the Buffalo area for in-person work
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks of hire
• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability
• Experience working with children (preferred)
